Synchrotones’ Stats for 2014 – Press Release

PRESS RELEASE

December 31, 2014 – Synchrotones’ Soundtrack Reviews looks back at a great year with over 35,000 views. Thank you everyone who visited Synchrotones. I hope you enjoy the reviews and I hope to see you again next year.

Over the past year Synchrotones received over 35,000 views from more than 18,600 visitors. The most read reviews were “Austenland” (Ilan Eshkeri, 1,684 views), “Anonymous Rejected Filmscore” (John Murphy, 973 views), “How to Train Your Dragon 2” (John Powell, 960 views), “The Giver” (Marco Beltrami, 883 views) and “Romeo & Juliet” (Abel Korzeniowski, 803 views). The “Synchrotones’ Soundtrack Awards 2013” collected over a thousand hits as well.

Visitors predominantly found their way here via Filmtracks, MainTitles, FilmScoreMonthly, Movie Music Mania, Soundtrack Collector, Twitter and Facebook. Be sure to stay up to date with the latest news and reviews by following @Synchrotones.

In return, many Synchrotones’ readers clicked through to external links such as  MovieScore Media, Taped Noise, Movie-Wave, Music Behind the Screen, Movie Music UK and Film Music Reporter; as well as SoundCloud, AllMusic and Audiomachine.

Most visitors came from the United States, followed by The United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, France, Australia, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain and the Czech Republic.

In other news, Synchrotones joined the International Film Music Critics Association (IFMCA) in October. It is a great privilege to be part of such as wonderful, passionate organisation.
